Kite buggying - boarding: Ynyslas Wind Direction: SW Wind Stength: 10 knots Surf / Sea State: N/A Air Temperature: 8ÂșC Sea Temperature: N/A Weather: Cloudy Max Speed: Distance Covered:
I was feeling deprived by the lack of wind lately, so just had to get out
and do something. When I got home there was just enough wind for some kite
mountain-boarding, so I quickly pumped up the tyres on the mountainboard
and walked across to the beach with it and my 4.9m Blade.
The tide was right out giving me plenty of room, but the sand was a little
wet... Oh well, I'll just have to get a bit messy then. :)
As it turned out it was just perfect, plenty of wind to blast along the
deserted beach, but not too much to be scary. I just cruised around for a
bit getting used to the kite-mountainboarding sensation again and then
started doing some mad power slides, tailslide 180's into heelside gybes
and then some little jumps... Just a perfect way to end a day at work.
